During Rating Sessions you will be evaluated using volleyball drills to provide a numerical value of your skills. Please arrive early to check-in and warm up. Have fun and do your best!

• This is for players who are new to Volleyball Austin, and have not been rated before.  There is no cost for your initial rating session. Re-rates after your first season have a fee and a separate registration link.

• You will be rated on a variety of skills over the course of this session: Serving, passing (serve receive), defense, blocking, setting (if applicable), hitting and scrimmaging.  All drills will be explained and demonstrated during the rating session.
  
• The first 30 minutes will be player registration and check-in in the UPSTAIRS SECTION OF THE GYM. Please do not be late. You must stay for the entirety of the rating session to obtain a valid rating.
• You must be registered for the upcoming season in order to attend this rating session.  Season registration is a SEPARATE registration form, which can be accessed through the Volleyball Austin website.  Correct registration will be verified at check-in.
• Masks are optional for vaccinated individuals
